01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p333 platform — whether through the website at p333.plus or through the p333 mobile app — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p333. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

p333 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, you should close your account and stop using the platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

p333 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, participate in any game or claim any bonus or promotional offer. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

p333 operates age verification processes as part of the account registration and ongoing account management procedures. You may be asked to provide documentary proof of your age at any time. Failure to verify your age when requested may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held until verification is completed.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the p333 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. p333 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to use the platform based on where you are located.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of p333 — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing Slots, Bingo or Live Casino games — you must register an account. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any additional information required during the verification process. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these terms.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact p333 support immediately.
• One account rule: Only one account is allowed per person, household and device.
• Verification: p333 may request identity documents, address proof or payment method verification at any stage.

p333 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure or shared them with a third party.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All transactions on p333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports multiple payment methods suited to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Supported methods and their applicable limits are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. p333 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before initiating a transfer if you are unsure.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of transaction on the cashier page.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as the payment network allows. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawal verification: p333 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Payment ownership: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account is not permitted and may result in the transaction being declined and your account being reviewed.
• Currency: All balances, bets, prizes and promotional values are displayed and settled in PKR. No foreign currency conversion occurs on the platform.

p333 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request, place a hold on funds or request additional documentation if there are any concerns about the transaction, account activity or compliance with these terms. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity will be held pending investigation.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

p333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit match offers, cashback, free Bingo tickets, sports betting bonuses and other time-limited promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Promotions page.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all p333 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Eligible games: Not all games may contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free plays that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Minimum odds: Sports betting bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum qualifying odds. These are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and misuse: p333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics.

p333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid under the original terms unless there is evidence of abuse.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on p333 — including Sports Betting, Slots, Live Casino and Bingo — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before participating.

p333 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for Slots and Bingo games to ensure all outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Live Casino games are operated with real dealers and real-time game mechanics. Sports betting results are determined by the actual outcomes of the relevant events.

• Bets are final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, p333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Cricket and PSL markets: Sports betting markets for Cricket, Pakistan Super League and other events are subject to specific rules regarding postponements, abandonments and result verification. These are detailed in the Sports section of the platform.
• Disconnections: p333 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections or device failures during gameplay. Completed rounds or bets that were accepted before disconnection stand as settled.

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through the use of software tools, automated betting systems, data scraping, exploit discovery or coordination with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p333. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may result in the matter being referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to launder money or use p333 as a mechanism for any financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to p333 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing or any form of cheating in competitive game formats.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p333 staff or other platform users.

08 Responsible Gaming

p333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is designed for adult entertainment — it is not a financial product and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered p333 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can add to your account.

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite break from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive any promotional communications.

Personal data collected during registration, verification and ongoing use of the platform is used for account management, fraud prevention, customer support and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. p333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance or platform operations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data p333 holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact p333 support.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your p333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

p333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if:

• There is evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has failed to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Continued operation of the account would expose p333 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, p333 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as compensation for losses incurred as a result of the breach. In all other cases, a remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via verified payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

p333 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available, accurate and free from errors, p333 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for downtime, technical issues or errors outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p333 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections or platform errors.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits or data.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, odds or information displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by p333's negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

p333 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top. For material changes, registered account holders will receive notification.

Your continued use of the p333 platform after any change to these terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
